Family Visas
Bringing your loved ones home and securing your family’s future in Australia.
Descrição do serviço
Navigating family migration can be emotionally taxing and legally complex. At Beehive Migration Solutions Group, we specialise in high-stakes family reunification, providing a strategic roadmap for cases that require more than just standard documentation. Our expertise encompasses: Health Requirement & Disability Advocacy: We provide rigorous support for applicants with chronic illnesses or long-term disabilities. Our team is highly experienced in managing Health Audits and crafting persuasive submissions for Health Waivers (PIC 4007) to challenge potential refusals based on "significant cost" to the Australian community. Diverse Parent Migration Strategies: Beyond simple lodgement, we offer tailored planning for Contributory (143/864) and Non-contributory (103/804) streams, including strategic use of the Subclass 870 visa to manage bridging periods and residency requirements. Aged Dependent & Carer Visas: Managing complex evidentiary requirements for Aged Dependent Relatives (114/838) and Carers (116/836), ensuring those who need support from their Australian family can secure their stay. Child & Adoption Pathways: Protecting the interests of the next generation through precise management of Child (101/802) and Orphan Relative (117/837) applications. We move beyond simple form-filling. Our experts assist you in gathering "rock-solid" evidence to meet the Department's stringent standards. We handle the technicalities and legal hurdles—including Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC) assessments—so you can focus on what matters most: your life together in Australia.
